1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Debt Mate's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Debt Mate provides:

• Debt review removal services
• Credit restoration and clearing
• Alternative dispute resolution
• Financial consultation and advice

3. Registration & Credentials

Debt Mate is a registered Debt Counsellor (NCRDC3424) and Alternative Dispute Resolution Practitioner (NCRADRA14) operating under the National Credit Act.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Follow the recommended debt solution plan
• Pay agreed fees according to the fee structure

5. Fees & Payment

Fees for services are discussed and agreed upon during the initial consultation. All fees are transparent and comply with NCR regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for the best outcomes, Debt Mate cannot guarantee specific results due to factors beyond our control, including creditor decisions and credit bureau processes.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date remain payable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, specifically the National Credit Act and Consumer Protection Act.
